Applied Learning Cycle
Prepare
- Build readiness and context
Engage
- Introduce and model learning
Activate
- Commit to a specific action
Apply
- First real-world attempt
Reflect
- What worked / didn’t
Reinforce
- Support, adjust, deepen
Repeat
- Build consistency and habit
If applied quickly → reinforce + extend
If delayed → trigger nudges
If attempted but failed → provide targeted support
1. Detect where users are stuck
Didn’t complete pre-work
Didn’t commit to action
Didn’t apply within 48h
Applied but didn’t repeat
2. Trigger role-specific responses
Strategist → targeted follow-up
Learning Admin → reinforcement prompt
Participant → nudge or microlearning
Every stage must produce a behavioral output
Every dashboard must drive a next action
Every metric must tie to application speed or frequency
