Editing the flowcharts (Appendix B)

The recommendations doc references Mermaid source files in a mermaid_sources/ folder (01_participant_flow.mermaid … 05_integrated_cross_role_view.mermaid). These were not included in the converted package — only the rendered PNGs are present. If iteration on the diagrams is needed, request the .mermaid sources. They paste into mermaid.live, Lucidchart (Import → Mermaid), Miro (Mermaid plugin), or a ```mermaid block.
